Stigma is defined as a mark of disgrace and can make people feel alienated and discriminated against both within their own cultural group and in wider society. Cultural and ethnic mental health stigmas can affect people dramatically.

Virtual Fitness Studio

U of T Virtual Fitness Studio is pleased to offer daily online workout classes led by Sport & Recreation, UTM and Hart House instructors. Access to the University of Toronto Virtual Fitness Studio program is included in services available for incidental fee-paying students enrolled in summer courses at U of T.
