Before heading out for the holiday break, we’re sending this last message asking you to consider a donation to the U of T United Way Campaign.

Even though U of T will be closed, the Campaign is open until December 31st, so, if you wish to contribute, there is still time!  Please donate today using this link.

Over the past few weeks, you have heard from some members of our leadership team who shared the reasons why they give to the United Way. For this final message, the members of the U of T United Way Team are sharing why we give to the United Way. Simply put, we give because our donations go towards meaningful and tangible ways to support those in need. Here are some ways our gifts make an impact.

$54 provides a woman who has been abused with advice on her legal rights.

$84 provides one family with a plot in a community vegetable garden, helping to create access to improved nutrition.

$100 offers a young girl or boy a year-long one-to-one mentorship program, providing them with an opportunity for friendship and social skills development

In addition to donating online, members of the U of T community can also donate by cheque. Instructions for cheque donations are available on this webpage.
