I am writing for your help and support on behalf of this year’s United Way Campaign at The University of Toronto.
Our University has a long and proud tradition in supporting Toronto’s most needy through our annual United Way Campaign.
This year is no different and the needs are greater than ever.
Affordable housing, women’s rights, Toronto’s homeless community, and making sure school children in our city start the day right with a healthy breakfast are but a few of the many programs that United Way supports through your donations.
For many years, I have been proud to support United Way as a board member, volunteer and donor in three different Ontario cities.
Why?
It is because I believe that United Way offers the best way to make a donation to improve our community. Not only are the United Way funded programs doing valuable and important work for those less fortunate you can be sure your donation will be spent wisely and efficiently.
