Beginning on October 25, UofT launched its third Service Effectiveness Survey; about 12,000 faculty and staff will have received an individualized link to the survey from noreply@surveys.cubaneconsulting.com with the subject line “UniForum Service Effectiveness Survey”.
The survey gauges the importance of, and employee satisfaction with 70 different services across our three campuses. It provides faculty and staff an opportunity to voice their opinions on the myriad university services – from human resources to research and IT support – they rely on to do their jobs
The two-part survey, which will be available until November 14, takes about 15 minutes to complete and focuses on key administrative and support services like finance, human resources and procurement. (E.g. How easy is it to hire new staff? What’s been your experience when trying to buy research equipment? Are you promptly reimbursed for work-related purchases on your personal credit card?)
