On December 12, over 160 staff members from the Division of HR & Equity and the Divisional HR Office came together to celebrate 2017 and begin thinking about our mission, vision, and values for the years ahead.
Graphic journalist Kathryn Maxfield was brought in to record the session and discussion in a different way. The result will be printed and shared with HR offices. In the meantime, the image is available in the HR Portal in the ‘Communications’ folder.
Over the next several months, consultations and work will continue to develop our mission, vision, and values and sustain a positive culture in our day-to-day work.
We’re always looking for ways to improve, and would appreciate your honest impressions and feedback on the day. We have prepared an anonymous survey, and would appreciate it if you could take 5 minutes to complete it if you have not done so already.
