The Report on Employment Equity 2020 provides a snapshot of the employee composition of our tri-campus community.
The report includes data about recruitment, promotions, and departures across U of T between January 2020 to December 2020. The report also provides key insights into employee demographics, ethnocultural identities, gender/gender identity, Indigenous, visible, and invisible disabilities, and sexual orientation. The data highlighted in this report allows us to determine key employment equity gaps across our institution and critical insights into where we need to concentrate our EDI efforts in terms of recruitment, retention, and career development.
