Access to your 2014 Pension Statement through Employee Self-Service (ESS) is supported on:
- Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10; and
- Mozilla Firefox.
When you log in to Employee Self-Service using a browser that isn’t supported, you may see the following error message if you try to access your pension statement(s).
If this error occurs, log out of ESS and log back in using a supported browser. More information about viewing your Pension Statement on ESS is available here.
If you are experiencing problems displaying your pension statement using Mozilla Firefox, please view the following troubleshooting options.
Errors when accessing your pension statement through a supported browser
We have been made aware of an issue when accessing 2014 Annual Pension Statements – particularly with those who are accessing Employee Self-Service (ESS) from outside the U of T network, even when using a supported browser.
The Human Resources & Equity and ITS teams are working together to address this issue.
If you would prefer to receive a printed copy of your 2014 statement, you can call the University of Toronto Pension Services at 416.226.8278 or 1.888.852.2559 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays to make the necessary arrangements.
