New Online Appointment Booking on the Telus Health One Platform

Our Employee and Family Assistance Plan (EFAP) provider has launched a convenient new feature on their Telus Health One App making it easier for you to schedule and book an appointment with a counsellor.

What you can expect:

  • 24/7 Accessibility – you can book anytime and anywhere
  • Streamlined Process – You can choose your service, counsellor and a date/time that works best for you.
  • Counsellor Bios – You can preview the bio and photo of the counsellors available at your preferred date/time before scheduling.

If an employee has not created an account on the Telus Health One Platform, they will require an invite code to register and gain access. Please note an email invite code will be pushed out to all employees this week who have not yet created an account.
