Effective July 1, the following employee groups will have ATB and Merit / PTR increases.
The following resources are available to assist with processing the increases:
1. Academic and Librarians – ATB and PTR/Merit Increases
Processing Details regarding Academic salary increase can be found here:
Faculty members and librarians must be actively employed on June 30th, 2018 in order to be eligible for both PTR increases.
2. PM, Confidential, RA and SRA Staff – ATB and Merit Increases
In order to centrally automate the ATB increase for the above staff groups without exceptions in their record, the Merit increase must be manually processed after July 7th. Processing details regarding the ATB and Merit Increases Process for PM, Confidential, AP, RA and SRA staff can be found here:

- Merit Increase for PM6-11 and AP Staff
- ATB and Merit Increase for PM, Confidential, RA and SRA Staff with Segment Date ON July 1st of the Current Year
- ATB and Merit Increase for PM, Confidential, RA and SRA Staff with Segment Dates After July 1st of the Current Year
PM, Confidential, SRA and RA staff must be actively employed on June 30th, 2018 in order to be eligible for the July 1 ATB and Merit increase.
3. USW Staff – ATB Increase

- ATB Increase for USW Staff with Segment Date ON July 1st of the Current Year
- ATB Increase for USW Staff with Segment Dates After July 1st of the Current Year
USW staff must be actively employed on June 30th, 2018 in order to be eligible for the July 1 ATB increase.
