July 2016 ATB – Academics, USW, PM, Confidential, AP, RA and SRA Staff

Below are the process details with respect to the July 1, 2016 automatic ATB increases for the above listed groups.

Please run the Data Verification Report and ATB Exception and Update Report for your respective Organizational Units to view and correct records with warnings and errors. This will ensure that records with data integrity issues can be corrected and included in the automatic update taking place on July 10th, 2016. Please note that some of the exceptions may have to be processed manually.

You can run the respective ATB Update and Exception Reports throughout the entire month to manage the process.

  • Run it before July 10th, 2016: to view the salaries for the above listed staff groups and easily identify what employees will be processed automatically and which are required to be manually processed.
  • Run it after July 10th, 2016: to view the updated salaries for the above listed staff groups and easily identify which employees you still need to process manually on or before July 21st, 2016 monthly pay close.

The ATB eligibility criteria are as follows:

Faculty members and librarians who will be entitled to the July 1st, 2016 ATB increase must be actively employed on June 30th, 2016 and on July 1st, 2016.

USW staff who will be entitled to the July 1st, 2016 ATB increase must be actively employed on July 1st, 2016.

PM, Confidentials, AP,SRA and RA who are eligible for the July 1st, 2016 ATB increase must be actively employed on June 30th, 2016 and on July 1st, 2016.
