Below are the process details with respect to the July 1, 2015 automatic ATB increases for the above listed groups. We ask that you now run the Data Verification Report and Exception and Update Reports for your Organizational Units to view and correct the records with warnings and errors so those records with data integrity issues can be corrected and included in the automatic update taking place on July 10th, 2015.

You can run the respective ATB Update & Exception Reports throughout the entire month to manage the process.
- Run it before July 10th, 2015: to view the salaries for all USW, Confidential, PM, AP and RA / SRA Staff groups and easily identify what employees will processed automatically and which are required to be manually processed.
- Run it after July 10th, 2015: to view the updated salaries for all USW, Confidential, PM, AP and RA / SRA Staff groups and easily identify what employees you still need to process manually.
