Below are the process details with respect to the January 1, 2015 automatic ATB increases for the above listed groups. We ask that you now run the Data Verification Report for your Organizational Units to view and correct the records with warnings and errors so those records with data integrity issues can be corrected and included in the automatic update taking place on January 9th, 2015.

You can run the respective ATB Update Reports throughout the entire month to manage the process.
- Run it before January 9th, 2015: to view the salaries for all USW, Confidential, PM, AP and RA / SRA Staff groups and easily identify what employees will processed automatically and which are required to be manually processed.
- Run it after January 9th, 2015: to view the updated salaries for all USW, Confidential, PM, AP and RA / SRA Staff groups and easily identify what employees you still need to process manually.
