Employee Desk Chair Purchase Program

As part of the University of Toronto’s commitment to providing formal requests and opportunities for staff to participate in Alternative Work Arrangements, I am delighted to announce a new Employee Purchase Program for ergonomic desk chairs, intended for home use and offered through Grand and Toy and Staples.

Grand and Toy offers three ergonomic chair options (good, better, best) and Staples offers six (two in each category). Pricing is favourable compared with U of T’s corporate pricing for the same products.

Please note that this program is completely voluntary and that employees must register using a personal email address and pay with a personal credit card. These purchases are not for reimbursement by U of T.
