The 2017 Child Care Benefit (CCB) online application will be available on Employee Self-Service (ESS) starting February 1, 2018.
About the Plan
Who is eligible?
Eligible faculty, librarians and staff with dependent children under the age of seven are eligible for reimbursement. If both parents are eligible for reimbursement, only one parent is entitled to claim reimbursement under this plan.
The term “child” includes a natural, step, common-law or adopted child or ward under the age of seven.
The deadline to submit an application is March 16, 2018. We will begin reviewing applications after this date.
Any eligible Child Care Benefit reimbursements will be deposited with your April pay.
How to access the Child Care Benefit application form online
- Log on to Employee Self-Service (ESS)
- Select on the ‘My HR & Equity’ tab
- Answer your security question and continue.
- Choose the ‘Pay and Benefit Information’ link
- Select the ‘Child Care Benefit’ option to begin your application.
