The University’s 2022 ‘Speaking Out!’ Employment Engagement Survey is live! The survey will remain open until 5:00 pm on November 15. Employees at the University have received a unique link from email@example.com on Thursday, October 27.
The survey focuses on four key areas: engagement, inclusion, diversity and equity; career support; wellbeing and resilience.
Participation helps the University better understand the employee experience and engagement in the four key areas as well as allow the University to develop policy and programming that expressly reflects these needs.
The University will share the results of the survey broadly while ensuring that information is reported on an aggregate level that does not identify individuals. The data will be cross-referenced with the Employment Equity Survey.
The survey is confidential and should take up to 20 minutes to complete.
