Since 2011, the Excellence Through Innovation Award (ETIA) program has provided the opportunity to recognize the outstanding contributions of University of Toronto staff and librarians. This year’s program celebrates 339 individuals for their achievements in several areas: enriching the student experience; promoting and advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in all our activities; elevating the employee experience; improving administrative and operational processes; and fostering community connection. The recipients of the 2021 Excellence Through Innovation Award represent individuals and teams across our tri-campus community who engage in a broad range of work that supports the University’s strategic mission.
