2015 Merit Increase Process for Professional & Managerial Staff and Confidential Staff Groups

Further to this June 19, 2015 HR memo, we are implementing the merit pay process for the July 2015 Salary Increase for Professional & Managerial Staff and Confidential Staff this September.

Departmental Business Officers will be required to update all eligible Basic Pay (IT008), Appointment Detail (9009) and Cost Distribution records (IT0027) with the aforementioned merit amounts retroactive to July 1, 2015 prior to September pay close (September 21, 2015 – @ 5pm) using the following instructions:
