2014 Merit Increase Process for PM, Confidential, AP, RA & SRA staff groups

Further to the Compensation Update memo from Angela Hildyard, Vice-President Human Resources and Equity dated June 16, 2014. we are initiating the merit phase of the July 2014 Salary Increase process for Professional & Managerial, Confidentials and Research Associates Staff.

Departmental Business Officers will be required to update all eligible Basic Pay (IT008), Appointment Detail (9009) and Cost Distribution records (IT0027) with the aforementioned merit amounts retroactive to July 1, 2014 prior to October pay close (October 20, 2014 – @ 5pm) using these instructions.
