Earlier this year, it was requested that each Division work on updating information on all position reporting relationships. Thank you for your work in support of this process.
Correct and up to date reporting relationships are essential to maintaining data integrity. ESS / MSS, the True Blue Recognition Program, and the Annual Performance Assessment process all rely on the reporting relationships being accurate.
Going forward, your General HR inbox will receive a monthly email from the HRIS support team indicating all instances in which a position’s reporting relationship is required. We are also pleased to direct these messages to other email addresses upon request. In order to minimize data issues that impact various systems that integrate with HRIS, we kindly ask that you address these instances as soon as possible.
As a reminder, these reporting relationships will be used in processes like the JDX job classification, which will be fully implemented later this year. All reporting relationships must be updated by June 30, 2019 to ensure the accuracy of data reported on. The sooner our records are updated in HRIS, the sooner that information can be correctly reflected in our ongoing processes.
