Locking the 2019/2020 Goals records for PM, Confidential and SRA/RA employees

Dear colleagues,

This is to advise that the 2019/2020 Goals records will be locked in the SuccessFactors: Performance and Goals module (PMGM) on August 18. Records from the goals and professional development plans will be pulled into employees’ performance assessment forms once the 2019/2020 Performance Assessment process is launched.

You have been recording your goals and professional development activities and keeping track of their progress since October last year. Please now review your records and ensure that they are up-to-date and are reflective of the work that you performed up until June 30, 2020. You can update the goals completion progress and incorporate clarifying comments where needed by the end of the day on August 18.

How do I update my Goals and Professional Development Activities in PMGM?

Instructions on how to Edit or Delete recorded goals in the SuccessFactors: Performance & Goals module (PMGM) as well as how to record and update the goals and professional development activities are available on the SuccessFactors Materials page.
