Launch of the Performance Assessment Process 2019/2020 for Advancement Professionals

Further to VP HR Kelly Hannah-Moffat’s message on September 10th, the annual Performance Assessment for Advancement Professionals starts today via SuccessFactors: Performance & Goals.

Please log in to the online tool to start working on your Activity Report.

Employees in AP-SDO roles will find their Development Results Report attached to their Performance Assessment form once the process is launched.

Timelines and details about each step of the process for your employee group can be found on the HR Service Centre. Please review the details for your process carefully to ensure that you understand what information and actions are required. Employees’ Activity Reports are due to their Reviewer by October 2nd.

New this year – process resources and support for employees and managers

  • Training: This year we are using a more comprehensive training approach aimed at addressing the needs of all process participants. Details on available training resources including job aids can be found on the HR Service Centre.
  • Training Options: Virtual and other types of training on using the new system will be offered. A schedule and additional information will be available in the coming weeks.
  • Manager Training: Specific training for managers on how to write a performance assessment and how to conduct conversations about employee performance will be offered by the Centre for Learning, Leadership & Culture (LLC).
