Launch of the 2021/2022 Performance Assessment Process

Dear colleagues,

The 2021/2022 Performance Assessment process began on Tuesday, April 5 for all Professional & Managerial employees, Confidential employees, Research Associates and Senior Research Associates via the SuccessFactors: Performance platform.

This Year’s Process

Our annual Performance Assessment process is designed to support employees’ potential while formally acknowledging each individual’s performance relative to their manager’s expectations and departmental, divisional, and organizational goals.

All eligible employees are encouraged to have a fulsome reviews with their managers regarding their contributions and development plans.


Process Timeline & Next Steps

The process timeline, support resources, and further information about each step of the Performance Assessment process can be found on the HR Service Centre.

The review period for Performance Assessment is July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 for Professional & Managerial, Confidential staff and Research and Senior Research Associates.

The first step of the process, the Employee Activity Report, must be submitted to your Reviewer by April 21.
