What’s new this year?
This year’s annual performance assessment features updated organizational competencies (benchmark behaviours). The new competencies are leadership; equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI); collaboration; stewardship; and innovation and excellence. These changes underscore our commitment to EDI, and better reflect how the workplace has changed in the two decades since we initially developed our organizational competencies. In addition to these organizational competencies.
