Launch of the Annual Goal Setting process for Advancement Professionals

Dear colleagues,

Further to the September 26, 2019 memo from Kelly Hannah-Moffat, the 2019/20 Goal Setting process has begun for Advancement Professionals.

For additional information, please refer to the Goal Setting timelines posted on the Performance Management web page.

What is the deadline for goal setting?

Please record your objectives and professional development activities to Employees SuccessFactors: Performance & Goals module (PMGM) by November 15, 2019.

Managers will have an opportunity to review goals and provide their comments in the system. The goals will be locked by December 15, 2019.

Logging in to Employee SuccessFactors

Please log in to SuccessFactors using your UTORiD and password and access the “Goals” and “Professional Development” tiles. It is recommended that you bookmark this link for future use.

How do I record my Goals and Professional Development Activities in PMGM?

Employee SuccessFactors: Performance & Goals module (PMGM) training demos & platform walk-throughs for Employees and Managers are available on the SuccessFactors Materials web page.

Where do I find my Individual Development Summary Report?

Employees in the Senior Development Officer roles (1AP-SDO and 2AP-SDO) can find their Individual Development Summary Report (finance goals) on “My Profile” page in the “Attachments” section.

Where do I find Goal Setting process materials?

Resources related to the Goal Setting process are available for the process participants on the Performance Management site on the HR & Equity website.

If you have any questions about the Goal Setting process or require assistance regarding your goals/professional development activities, please contact your Divisional HR office. Each office has at least one SuccessFactors Super User to provide assistance.

What if my Manager information is incorrect?

Any inquiries about the reporting relationship records should be directed to your Divisional HR Office for correction.
