2020 Performance Assessment Process – Launch Delayed

Dear colleagues,

Given the extenuating and challenging circumstances of COVID-19, the launch of the 2019/2020 Performance Assessment Process for Professional and Managerial staff, Confidential staff, Senior Research Associates, Research Associates and Advancement Professionals will be delayed until Fall 2020. Further updates and timelines will be forthcoming.

Supporting employees’ potential is central to our institutional culture. Communication and feedback are essential to maximize an employee’s potential, enhance productivity and build a cohesive team. Ongoing feedback on performance and clearly defined professional development goals are important components of a strong employment relationship.

To this end, managers and employees are encouraged to reflect on these development goals and to explore the virtual educational opportunities offered by the Centre for Learning, Leadership & Culture (LLC).
