Please note that due to year-end processing, AMS services and Employee Self-Service (ESS) will not be available from:

• 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 to 7:30 a.m on Wednesday, December 10, 2014
• 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014 to 7:30 a.m on Friday, December 12, 2014,
• 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2014 to 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014
• 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2014 to 7:30 a.m on Tuesday, December 16, 2014

During this time, eligible appointed and non-appointed staff with access to ESS will not be able to view or print their pay statements and/or T4 / T4A / T4ANR tax slips via the ESS website. Please make arrangements to view or print these documents as needed when system is available.

This outage also affects HRIS, HR Access for Casual Employees (pay statements for TAs) and the ODLC online registration for the Organizational Development and Learning Centre.
