Central Payroll Services has launched a new process and guidelines for collecting overpayments. This new overpayment process launched on September 1, 2014.

Individual Divisions will be contacted directly by September 15, 2014 with more information about the new Overpayment Recovery Process Guidelines. If you need a copy of the new guidelines, please contact Central Payroll Services.

What’s New?

• Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined;
• Mandatory procedures and documentation have been established for auditing purposes;
• The overpayment process has been streamlined; and
• Financial risk has been mitigated through stricter compliance.
