- Pandemic Planning – Follow-up re Absence Tracking in HRIS Implementation
This is a reminder following up on my email of October 8th that in light of the recent reports that Ontario is now entering a second wave of H1N1, we are asking departments/divisions to record absence information in HRIS on a weekly basis. If you have not updated your absence records for the month of October, please have this information updated by the end of the day on Monday November 2nd. It would be appreciated if you could then have absence records update by the end of the day each Monday for the previous week’s absences. This will enable us to more closely monitor the impact H1N1 is having on the University, and ensure you have access to the most current information for your division/departments as well.
If you have HRIS processing related inquiries, please contact Darlene Chow at darlene.chow@utoronto.ca or 978-5048 orhris.help@utoronto.ca. For information on pandemic planning at the University of Toronto, see the University’s H1N1 website at: http://www.preparedness.utoronto.ca/.
