Welcome to Achieving Work Life Balance month. The University of Toronto fosters a healthy workplace and is proud to sponsor this series of events on all three campuses that highlights and strengthens the importance of work life balance.
The Office of the Vice President-Human Resources and Equity and the Achieving Work Life Balance Committee invite you to celebrate this month by attending the variety of interesting workshops and activities being offered between October 23rd and November 16th, such as:
- the agony and ecstasy of raising teens
- managing multiple life demands
- estate and financial planning for the sandwich generation
- breakfast video series
- “check up from the neck up”
- developing flexible work arrangements
Explore the many resources available to you at the Employee Health and Benefits Fair. The Fair and a nutritious luncheon will be held at the Faculty Club on October 24th.
Our closing keynote speaker is comedian, Kate Davis, who will present on how humour can create healthy workplaces and healthy lives. Hear Kate’s insights and vision as the “Funny Mommy” on
