3rd Annual Meeting of U of T Joint Health and Safety Committees

The 3rd Annual Meeting of University Joint Health and Safety Committees will be taking place on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 and will involve a number of speakers on a wide range of health and safety topics. Details of the event have been distributed as an information notice to all joint health and safety committees, and are reproduced at the Office of Environmental Health and Safety’s web site at http://www.ehs.utoronto.ca/Committees_and_Coordinators/jhscday.htm.

Joint Health and Safety Committees play a valuable role in the promotion of workplace health and safety. We are encouraging all departments, where possible, to allow worker and management JHSC members to participate in this full day event. If full day attendance for your staff member is not possible, please give consideration to allowing members to participate for some portion of the day.
