Consultation and resolution

If you have an accessibility concern, please follow the steps below to seek resolution.

Our feedback processes have been designed to be accessible. However, if you would like to request an accessible format or communication support in order to submit your concern, please inform the office you are raising your concern with.

Step 1: Campus Resolution

We encourage resolution of concerns at the local level. If you are experiencing difficulty accessing services due to a disability we ask that you speak with the representative in the divisional area where you are experiencing the concern. Divisions will work with you to resolve your concern in the best way possible.

Divisions are encouraged to speak with Accessibility Services on their campus for consultation support in resolving student concerns and Health & Well-being Programs & Services for consultation support in resolving employee concerns.
