Every Tuesday and Friday at 11:30am throughout the month of October, there will be drop-in mindfulness sessions lead by Jill Cressy.
This mindfulness session can include a body scan, seated meditation, and gentle movement. Learn mindful exercises that you can integrate throughout the day, when you’re moving from one thing to the next. Improve focus, increase productivity, maintain curiosity, develop compassion, manage stress, and enhance your overall well-being!
