Join us for some discussion on mindfulness and its benefits. We will be doing some breath and compassion practices and discussing ways to incorporate mindfulness into work and daily life.
This session will be facilitated by Dr. Banerjee. Dr. Banerjee is a family doctor who has been meditating for several years. For the last few years, she has been increasing awareness about mindfulness in the health care setting and beyond as a way of preventive and therapeutic care.
