When it comes to getting consumers to make purchases, marketers have spent countless dollars and time towards understanding human behaviour. Participants will learn about various marketing techniques and strategies to resist temptation. All participants will walk away with ideas, resources and the full curriculum upon request.

Anne Arbour is the Credit Counselling Society’s Financial Educator for the Greater Toronto Area. Anne has over 25 years combined experience in facilitation and financial services. She holds an MBA and is a Certified Educator in Personal Finance. Anne has been interviewed by print, television and digital media outlets on topics relating to personal finance, has sat on several expert panels and advisory groups. Anne currently serves on two financial literacy networks serving youth and women, respectively.
