Humour also offers far-reaching psychological benefits, as finding the lighter side of a difficult situation can instantly dispel negativity and better enable you to overcome challenging problems and conflicts. This seminar will highlight the benefits of adding humour into participants’ lives and discuss appropriate ways of incorporating it into the workplace.

At the end of this seminar, participants will be able to do the following:

  • Recognize the physical and psychological benefits of humour.
  • Develop techniques to professionally communicate using humour.

A 1-hour instructor led training session by LifeWorks that combines lecture elements with a variety of engaging elements like Q&A, group discussion, as well as polling and chat functionality when delivered virtually.
