Developed at Stanford University, and now administered by the Compassion Institute and taught by certified instructors, CCT is an eight week course that combines insights from the emerging fields of compassion and contemplative sciences with ancient meditative practices. CCT is designed to build strength, resilience and purpose. In this introductory session, you will learn more about what the CCT program is about and meet the facilitator who will work with you should you choose to join the 8 week program which we are planning to offer to staff at U of T this year (2hrs/week commitment).
