The Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is available to employees of the University of Toronto and their dependents: spouses, partners and dependent children. This program is provided at no cost to you.

This dedicated crisis response webpage includes practical advice for coping with traumatic events, as well as a crisis support line to call for professional support.

 

The Employee & Family Assistance Program offers confidential short–term counselling, coaching, information, and support for all types of issues relating to mental health, health management, and achieving greater personal and workplace well-being:

Online Resources

To access the online platform, you will need to create an account using your unique invite code that is sent to you via email.  New employees will be emailed their invite code within one month of employment. Email wellnesshub@utoronto.ca to receive your code.
