This platform enables members of the U of T community to send peer-to-peer recognitions, or eCards, to express gratitude for colleagues’ contributions and to submit formal award nominations.
Taking the time as part of your day-to-day practice to value the work of exemplary faculty members, librarians, and staff is an integral part of making the University of Toronto an excellent place to work.

True Blue eCards
Faculty members, librarians, and staff can use the True Blue Platform to send eCards for True Blue behaviours based on the Institutional Competencies. The behaviours are:
- Collaboration
- Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
- Innovation & Excellence
- Leadership, and
- Citizenship & Service.
Faculty members, librarians, and staff can also use the platform to send social eCards for various social occasions such as holidays, birthdays, work anniversaries, and sympathy cards.

True Blue Points & Store
Many recognition programs at U of T offer True Blue Points as a prize for award recipients. A notification email from thanks@utoronto.ca is sent to recipients when True Blue Points have been added to their account. Points recipients can log in to the platform and search the store to redeem their points for a wide variety of items, including gift cards, electronics, sports & wellness gear, and gifts for children.

Institutional & Divisional Awards
Many institutional and divisional award programs at U of T utilize the True Blue Platform as the portal to submit nominations. Log in to the platform to submit a nomination for a program currently accepting nominations.
