Our workplace is proud to stand united with community, and we’re honoured to be recognized on United Way Greater Toronto’s 2023 United Way Local Leaders List. By working with United Way, we’re helping to transform our region into a place where each and every person has the chance to thrive.
All three of the University of Toronto campuses are in the communities supported by United Way Greater Toronto. U of T invited all of our community members to contribute towards an equitable recovery from the pandemic. In 2021 alone, our faculty, librarians, staff, and students generously contributed over $530,000 to United Way. Generous support from donors has enabled United Way Greater Toronto to provide various programs that serve the community across its network of over 300 social service agencies.
