Wellness Challenge: Get Moving with LIFT session

As a part of the University’s expanded Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provided by LifeWorks, employees now have free access to the fitness app LIFT session 

LIFT session is a Canadian wellness platform that provides easily accessible, effective, and affordable ways to reach fitness goals anytime and anywhere. The platform offers a virtual physical assessment and a free automated six-week program with self-guided workouts. The workouts are 30-minute sessions featuring video demonstrations from fitness industry experts. 

Register for a LifeWorks account to access LIFT. Find your invitation code from LifeWorks in your email or request a code. Available through the LifeWorks web portal, on IOS, and Android. 


LIFT session Registration 

LifeWorks Web Portal: 

In the Lifeworks portal, click on the “Support & Resources” tab. Click on the LIFT Session card and sign into your Lifeworks account to start the registration.  

Download the LIFT session app from IOS or Android and sign in with your username and password. 


LifeWorks App:

In the LifeWorks App, click on the “Life” button. Click on the Lift session card and sign up for an account.

U of T Wellness Challenge 

From October 1st to 31st you will be incentivized to build healthy habits by completing LIFT session workouts and other activities you love most (walking, running, mindfulness, strength training, gardening and much more)! The wellness challenge is also a great opportunity to socialize and have a chance to win some team prizes! 

Employees will be able to participate directly through the LIFT App, or by syncing with their existing Apple, Google or Fitbit wearable devices!
