About the Plan

The Joint Membership Plan offers a discounted, combined membership fee for three University of Toronto facilties: Athletic Centre, Faculty Club, and Hart House.

How to Join

To join the Joint Membership plan, please contact your HR Divisional Office Representative and ask for the Joint Membership Application Form.

How to Cancel Membership

Employees only have one opportunity to cancel the Joint Membership Plan each year.

To cancel your joint membership coverage, please contact your HR Divisional Office prior to June 16th, 2015. This cancellation will take effect on June 30th, 2015.
