The University thrives because of the fabulous faculty members, librarians, and staff who have spent years working at U of T and have been an integral part of our institution’s growth and development. In recognition of this commitment, the University recognizes individuals who have reached significant continuous service milestones across our tri-campus community through the Long Service Award (LSA) program.

LSA recipients receive a certificate and a lapel pin from the University that denotes their service milestone. The program recognizes all U of T employees, irrespective of their department, Faculty, or divisional affiliation, on behalf of the entire University each fall. It recognizes individuals who reach 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55 years of continuous service to U of T between October 1 and September 30 annually.

The 2025 Long Service Awards

U of T faculty members, librarians and staff who reached 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55 years of continuous service to the University between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, will receive their certificate and pin in the Fall of 2026.

The Recognition & Engagement Team will distribute certificates and pins to LSA recipients to their U of T address through campus mail.
