The Division of People Strategy, Equity & Culture reports to the Vice-President, People Strategy, Equity & Culture, and provides expertise, advice, and leadership to the University community on HR-related issues and initiatives.

The Campus Safety Offices at St. George Campus (UTSG) and the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) report to the Vice-President for high risk and crisis management. Campus Safety at UTSG also reports to the Office of the Vice-President, Operations & Real Estate Partnerships, while Campus Safety at UTSC also reports to the Office of the Vice-President & Principal, University of Toronto Scarborough.
